We booked this as part of tour. Food was great, matching sherries paired very well. I would recommend doing as part of the bodegas tour as you learn quite a lot about brandy and sherry.

To be honest was extrmely suprised by this restaurant. Normally the food/service/atmoshpere inthese type of establushments leaves a lot to be desired, this could not be further from the truth. They have professional staff who are polished, knowldgable and friendly, the food is to the highest standard and cooked by professional chefs and people who know how to put a menu together. This is a must try restaurant, to the highest standards and not to be missed

Came with my wife for a set lunch menu experience, which paired different sherry’s and brandy with food. Amazing food, which included a fantastic seafood rice and table made tiramisu desert. Great service and fantastic setting.

Booket tour with sherry tasting and food - late lunch. Service was impeccable, excellent food - and the sherry - wow - out of this world. Safe to say we were two couples and purchased 7 bottles of sherry and some brandy to bring along. Good pairing of the drinks with the food.

We had lunch sitting in their peaceful outdoor garden. We ordered pheasant and pork loin. Both were very good and very good value. It came with sauteed vegetables (which is rare in our meals here in Spain) and roasted baby potatoes. Ordered 2 glasses of sherry. All for under €40! Amazing value and very well presented and delicious.

Great location near the city centre, visited after doing the bodega tour, good food and friendly service, seated in the garden, nice ambience.

Went there for drinks. Beautiful atmosphere, incredible menu, fantastic prices. Their drinks are to die for. Would absolutely return. The only bodega that allows you to taste their wines without a reservation or tour. So worth a visit!

We had the set rice menu after the tour of the beautiful winery. Great value considering the excellent food and setting. Everyone at Fundador was very friendly and considerate. Only minus, not many accommodations during the tour for the elderly. A bench or chair here and there would have been helpful. Good wheelchair access though.
